2. Products & Usage

  • ChilasiNaturals products are made from natural and herbal ingredients.
  • While we ensure product quality, results may vary from person to person.
  • Customers are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any product, especially if they have an existing medical condition or are using other medicines.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We may offer multiple payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or other methods available in Pakistan from time to time.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Within Pakistan)

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days within Pakistan, depending on your city, courier workload and other factors.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
  • ChilasiNaturals is not liable for courier delays, damage in transit or misplaced parcels; however, we will try our best to assist you in coordinating with the courier company to resolve such issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving an incorrect, damaged or defective product, along with clear proof (such as images or videos).
  • Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returns are only accepted in unused, unopened and original condition, subject to our approval.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the agreed method and may take approximately 7–10 working days, depending on the bank, wallet or service provider.

  • ChilasiNaturals products are herbal and natural remedies and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • We do not claim to cure any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person depending on individual health conditions, diet and lifestyle.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, our products or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
